THOMAS MORE SCHOOL; TO INVESTIGATE, CHOOSE AND EMPLOY INVESTMENT ADVISORS AND COUNSELORS AND FINANCIAL PLANNERS TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSERVATION, ORDERLY GROWTH, AND ACCUMULATION OF THE ENDOWMENT FUND; TO INVESTIGATE, DEVISE AND DEVELOP, FUND AND PROMOTE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS OF ST. THOMAS MORE SCHOOL AS IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE; TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES; AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT ST. THOMAS MORE SCHOOL AND TO TRANSFER FUNDS AS IT DEEMS NECESSARY AND ADVISABLE TO PROMOTE THE MISSION, GOALS, AND OPERATION OF ST. THOMAS MORE SCHOOL.
