THEY UTILIZES STATE OF THE ART CONCEPTS AND APPROACHES, PROMOTES PERFORMANCE BASED OUTCOMES, MAXIMIZES AND LEVERAGES MULTIPLE SOURCES OF FUNDING, FOUR REGIONAL CTWORKS-EAST ONE-STOP CAREER CENTERS LOCATED IN DANIELSON, NEW LONDON, NORWICH, AND WILLIMANTIC.
