WE WILL HELP SUPPORT TRAINING OF THESE FAMILIES TO ENABLE THEM TO EFFECTIVELY CARE FOR THE CHILDREN PHYSICALLY, SPIRITUALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND EDUCATIONALLY.
