MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO OPERATE AS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL CLUB WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE (THE "CODE").

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL (THE "SCHOOL") WAS FORMED IN 1993 PURSUANT TO THE COLORADO CHARTER SCHOOLS ACT TO FORM AND OPERATE A CHARTER SCHOOL.

TO MEET THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS OF DOUGLAS AND ELBERT COUNTIES WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL DISTRESS AND AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS, TO HELP THEM THROUGH TROUBLESOME TIMES WITH DIGNITY.

RENAISSANCE SECONDARY SCHOOL IS AN INNOVATIVE SCHOOL ORGANIZED AROUND MUTLIDISCIPLINARY LEARNING EXPEDITIONS. THE SCHOOL SERVES STUDENTS IN GRADES 6-12.

CALF IS DEDICATED TO CONNECTING ALL PEOPLE TO AGRICULTURE THROUGH AUTHENTIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS, COMMUNITY PROJECTS AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.

ASSIST CATHOLIC EMPLOYERS IN PROVIDING BENEFITS TO EMPLOYEES THAT COMPORT WITH CATHOLIC MORAL PRINCIPLES.

WE CARRY OUT OUR MISSION THROUGH OUR ROBUST DAY PROGRAM, MEANINGFUL WORK OPPORTUNITIES, AND INNOVATIVE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES.
