THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO OPERATE AS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL CLUB WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE (THE "CODE").

MISSION:

ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL (THE "SCHOOL") WAS FORMED IN 1993 PURSUANT TO THE COLORADO CHARTER SCHOOLS ACT TO FORM AND OPERATE A CHARTER SCHOOL.

MISSION:

PROVIDE FACILITIES TO RENAISSANCE SECONDARY SCHOOL AND SERVICE THE DEBT ASSOCIATED WITH FACILITIES ACQUISITION.

THE HELP & HOPE CENTER MISSION IS TO MEET THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS OF DOUGLAS AND ELBERT COUNTY WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL DISTRESS AND AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS BY HELPING THEM ATTAIN FUNDING FOR UTILITIES, RENT ASSISTANCE, FOOD AND CLOTHING.

The goal of this organization are the facilities, usually located in residential neighborhoods, that provide 24-hour non-medical care for individuals with disabilities who need supervision and/or assistance with activities of daily living.

RENAISSANCE SECONDARY SCHOOL IS AN INNOVATIVE SCHOOL ORGANIZED AROUND MUTLIDISCIPLINARY LEARNING EXPEDITIONS. THE SCHOOL SERVES STUDENTS IN GRADES 6-12.
