THE ASSOCIATION IS A MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY WITH A POPULATION OF OVER 5,000 PEOPLE. THE ASSOCIATION OWNS AND MAINTAINS PROPERTY CONSISTING OF LAKES, POOLS, PARKS AND GREENBELTS. ALL ASSOCIATION PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF, AND IS REGULARLY USED BY, THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
