THE ORGANIZATION IS OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES K-12 SEEKING A NON-TRADITIONAL EDUCATIONAL SETTING FROM THE FOLLOWING CALIFORNIA COUNTIES: STANISLAUS, MERCED, MARIPOSA, TUOLUMNE, CALAVERAS, SAN JOAQUIN, ALAMEDA AND SANTA CLARA.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.
