WAS ESTABLSHIED TO RECRUIT, TRAIN AND PROVIDE EXTENSIVE SERVICES TO FOSTER FAMILIES SO THAT CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0 - 18 WHO WERE SLATED FOR OR IN RESIDETIAL TREATMENT FACILITIES COULD BE PLACED AND MAINTAINED IN THEIR CERTIFIED FOSTER HOMES. THE AGENCY IS DEDICATED TO PROTECTING AND NURTURING THE CHILDREN SERVICES BY PLACING THEM WITHIN A SAFE, HEALTHY ENVIORNMENT OF UNCONDITIONAL POSITIVE SUPPORT.
