INDIAN DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE'S MISSION IS TO WORK WITH NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES TO STRENGTHEN THEIR CAPACITY TO BE SELF GOVERNING, TO MOBILIZE TECHNICALAND FINANCIAL RESOURCES NEEDED TO MEET THE CHALLENGES FACING THESE COMMUNITIES, AND TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRIBAL MEMBERS IN COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
