WE RECRUIT EDUCATED, MATURE VOLUNTEERS TO WORK UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE TEACHER. THE TEACHER DESIGNATES WHICH CHILDREN NEED HELP AND PROVIDES THE APPROPRIATE MATERIALS FOR THEM. THE CHILD READS TO THE VOLUNTEER, WHILE THE VOLUNTEER ASSISTS WITH COMPREHENSION AND PRONUNCIATION.
