IT WAS ALSO THE GOAL OF BPEF TO PROVIDE ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD THEIR ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS AS A FAMILY. BPEF WAS CREATED TO HELP STRENGTHEN NEIGHBORHOOD GOALS FOR EDUCATION THROUGH QUALITY HOME SCHOOL SUPPORT.
