THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY WITH EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT, AND TO PROMOTE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND VOLUNTEERISM. ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: THE SHOWCASING OF ANIMALS, CRAFT COMPETITION, PET PARADE, DANCES, BANDS, RODEO AND CARNIVALS. IN ADDITION, SURPLUS GENERATED FROM THE EVENT ARE DONATED TO VARIOUS NATIONAL AND LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

PROMOTE INDUSTRY, STUDY WAYS TO ELIMNATE INDUSTRY PROBLEMS INHIBITING GROWTH.IMPROVE COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT AND LABOR,ASSIST WORKERS AND EMPLOYEES IN SOLVING PROBLEMS OF MUTUAL CONCERN.

NORCO HORSEWEEK ACTIVITIES INCLUDE A PARADE, DANCE, CHILI COOKOFF, PANCAKE BREAKFAST, RIDES, HORSESHOE CONTEST, SUNDAY SERVICE, QUEEN PAGENT AND RODEO.

TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THERAPEUTICHORSE RELATED PROGRAMS.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS ON HOW TO DEAL WITH TRAUMATIZING EVENTS EXPERIENCED WHILE WORKING IN THE FIELD.

THE 100 MILE CLUB IS A PHYSICAL FITNESS AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM FOR ALL STUDENTS BASED ON THE GOAL OF RUNNING 100 MILES AT SCHOOL DURING A SINGLE SCHOOL YEAR.
