RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE LOS OSOS BRANCH OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY LIBRARY, TO MEET THE COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT FOR A NEW OR EXPANDED LIBRARY FACILITY, AND TO PROMOTE LITERARY ACTIVITY AND ACHIEVEMENT AMONG THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
