THE LANCASTER PERFORMING ARTS CENTER FOUNDATION PROVIDES ONGOING SUPPORT FOR THE LANCASTER PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, A LOCAL THEATRE CONSTRUCTED TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY. THE FOUNDATION HAS DONATED FUNDS TO THE CITY OF LANCASTER, A.V. SYMPHONY AND OTHER LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITING PERFORMING ARTS. THE FOUNDATION PROMOTES THE CENTER THROUGH VARIOUS GALAS AND PERFORMANCES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

The goal of this organization is to acquire, preserve and exhibit collections of objects including fine art, decorative art, folk/ethnic art and textiles that are collected primarily for their aesthetic qualities and their importance as representatives of a particular artistic tradition or style.
