TO BRING ABOUT CIVIC BETTERMENTS AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENTS BY PROVIDING FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE ARCHITECTURE AND APPEARANCE OF THE COMMUNITY. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROMOTES THE COMMON GOOD, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
