ST. NICHOLAS CEDARS MANOR, INC. (THE "CORPORATION") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT STATUTES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 26 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS ST. NICHOLAS CEDARS (THE "PROPERTY") LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.THE PROPERTY RECEIVES RENT SUBSIDIES THROUGH A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS ("HAP") CONTRACT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD"). THE CONTRACT IS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS EXPIRING NOVEMBER 30, 2026, AND PROVIDES SUBSIDIES TO ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS TO ENABLE SUCH RESIDENTS TO LIVE IN SAFE, ADEQUATE HOUSING FACILITIES THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD. PROVISIONS OF THE CONTRACT ESTABLISH MAXIMUM ANNUAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS BY HUD TO THE PROPERTY. THE CORPORATION CAN REQUEST FROM HUD AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 80% OF CONTRACT RENT DURING PERIODS THAT THE UNIT IS VACANT IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS ARE MET, BUT NOT TO EXCEED 60 DAYS. CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMI

TO SUPPORT MISSION FUND TO MISSIONARIES IN THE NORTH-EASTERN CHINA AND INTRODUCE THIS MISSION PROGRAM TO CHURCHES AND GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH LETTERS AND CHRISTIAN NEWSPAPERS TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO BE A SPONSORS TO CONTRIBUTE MONTHLY FOR THIS SUPPORTING MISSIONARIES PROGRAMAND TO COLLECT CONTRIBUTION FORM SPONSORS AND TO RECRUIT THE CANDIDATES OF RECIPIENTS BY PERSONAL REFERRALS THROUGH CHURCHES AND OTHER MISSAION ORGANIZATIONS.
