BY FOSTERING AN ENVIRONMENT OFHOPE, POSITIVITY, AND EXCITEMENT, THESE SESSIONS WILL LESSENTHE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISTRESS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING IN AN UNFAMILIAR AND STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT.
