PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO BALLET STUDENTS BASED ON MERIT AND NEED; AND ENGAGING IN OUTREACH TO LOCATE STUDENTS FROM COMMUNITIES OR FAMILIES THAT MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE HAVE EXPOSURE TO BALLET.
