STARTING IN 2015, THE TRUST IS CONVERTING INTO AND FILING AS A CHARITABLE TRUST AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL THE DATE ON WHICH FINAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE NET ASSETS TO THE LAST REMAINING CHARITABLE BENEFICIARY IS MADE.
