THE MISSION OF THE EL RANCHO EXILIO ANIMAL SANTUARY IS TO PROVIDE A REFUGE FOR COMPATIBLE ELDERLY DOGS AND CATS, AS WELL AS CONDUCTING REGULAR AND FREE SPAY AND NEUTER CLINICS TO PREVENT UNWANTED ANIMAL PREGNANCIES.
