MISSION:

THE CALIFORNIA CUPA FORUM WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE A SINGLE STATEWIDE ORGANIZATION CONSOLIDATING UNIFIED PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION EFFORTS AND REPRESENTING ALL UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCIES WITH A SINGLE VOICE.

MISSION:

THE FOOD BANK OF EL DORADO COUNTY'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER HUNGER RESPONSE AGENCIES THAT WILL HELP TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF PEOPLE IN NEED BY: PROVIDING NUTRITIOUS FOOD ADVOCATING FOR AND PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS PROGRAMS WHICH WILL PROMOTE SELF SUFFICIENCY RAISING AWARENESS AND EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON LOCAL HUNGER, ITS CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES AND ACTING AS AN ADVOCATE FOR A POPULATION THAT SOMETIMES HAVE FEW OFFICIALS TO SPEAK FOR THEIR NEEDS.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING THROUGH OPERATION OF A 135-UNIT PROPERTY LOCATED IN ARCATA CALIFORNIA.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING THROUGH OPERATION OF A 47-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX LOCATED IN EUREKA, CALIFORNIA.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

TO IMRPOVE THE QUALITY AND SCOPE OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA AND PROMOTE UNIFORMITY IN THE CONDUCT OF SUCH PROGRAMS

The goal of this organization is to provide philanthropy, voluntarism and grantmaking services where the major purpose is unclear enough that a more specific code cannot be accurately assigned.

The goal of this organization is to administer centralized fundraising efforts and then in turn distribute the contributed funds to several nonprofit agencies. The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance training and material resources to support the capacity-building efforts of nations outside the U. S. with a focus on agricultural and rural development, health, education, social welfare, small business development and industrial growth.
