THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED AS A TAX-EXEMPT SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF THE BENEFIT OF OPEN DOOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, WHICH IS A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REFINANCING OF CERTAIN EXISTING DEBT INCURRED BY OPEN DOOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS AND TO PROVIDE WORKING CAPITAL TO OPEN DOOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in archery; fly or bait fishing; game bird, game fowl, or game animal hunting; fox hunting; and/or the use of firearms on the target range.
