PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS TO THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN POPULATION BY FUNDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ADVANCED DEGREES DIRECTLY TO INDIVIDUALS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. ALSO, TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES FOR AFICAN-AMERICAN POPULATION.

PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE LOGGING AND TIMBER PRODUCTS INDUSTRY IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, TO PROMOTE SAFETY AND TRAINING PROGRAMS RELATING TO IMPROVING WORKPLACE CONDITIONS AND TO ENCOURAGE CONSERVATION WHEN HARVESTING TIMBER.
