SANCTUARY IN THE SOUTH FORMERLY KNOWN AS PCS PUPS IS A NON-PROFIT ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE UNDERDOGS. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR THE INJURED ABANDONED ABUSED NEGLECTED OR OTHERWISE FORGOTTEN DOGS WHO NEED US THE MOST. WE ARE CURRENTLY A FOSTER-BASED DOG RESCUE WITH A BRICK-AND-MORTAR LOCATION IN PROGRESS TO PROVIDE "STANDARD" SHELTER FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS TO SAFELY HOUSE LONG-TERM DOGS UNABLE TO BE PLACED IN ADOPTIVE HOMES FOR ANY NUMBER OF REASONS.
