IS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE AND STRENGTHEN, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, COMMUNITY SENIOR LIFE, INC., AN ALABAMA NONPROFIT CORPORATION DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 509 (A)(1) OF THE CODE, AND TO SUPPORT OTHER NONPROFIT HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS ORGANIZED FOR CHARITABLE AND CIVIC PURPOSES AND RELATED HEALTH AND HUMANITARIAN ENDEAVORS WHICH ENHANCE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF FRAIL ELDERLY PERSONS, AND PROVIDE, PROMOTE AND ASSIST IN ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF AGED PERSONS.

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. The goal of this organization is to provide services relating to religion where a more specific code cannot be accurately assigned. Examples may include Unitarianism, Taoism, Sikhs, Zoroastrism, Atheism, Actualism, Theosophy, Bahaism and reference to miracles.
