WIT HAS CREATED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO FACILITATE FORMAL AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO CULTIVATE YOUNG WOMEN INTO CULTURALLY COMPETENT AND COMPASSIONATE GLOBAL LEADERS WHO CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THE WORLD AROUND THEM.
