LOCAL BUSINESSES BENEFIT FROM PERSONNEL COSTS AT THE SAME TIME. THE GROUP HOMES PROVIDE A PLACE FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED TO LIVE A PRODUCTIVE LIFE WITHOUT HAVING TO BE INSTITUTIONALIZED.
