TO COORDINATE EFFORTS TO CREATE AND PROMOTE MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS OF RETIREMENT AGE TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN THE LIFE OF THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH VOLUNTEER SERVICE IN ORDER THAT SUCH PERSONS MAY AGAIN BE AND CONSIDER THEMSELVES PRODUCTIVE, NEEDED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
