THE CENTER WAS FOUNDED TO HELP CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN PHYSICALLY AND SEXUALLY ABUSED BY WORKING WITH THE DA'S OFFICE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
