SPECIFICALLY, THE COMPASS ENCOURAGES, EQUIPS AND EMPOWERS THE YOUTH OF ALASKA BY BUILDING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, TEACHING PRACITAL LIFE SKILLS, SHAREING THE LOVE OF JESUS, ENGAGING IN THE COMMUNITY, AND BUILDING UP THE LOCAL CHURCH.
