THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES TRAINING PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIP SERVICES, LEGISLATIVE AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, INFORMATIONAL SERVICES, AND PROMOTES THE INDUSTRY FOR ITS MEMBERS.

The goal of this organization is to conduct research which can be used to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions that affect eyes. The associated medical specialty is ophthalmology.

THE ENDOWMENT FOUNDATION'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE IS TO SECURE, HOLD AND INVEST ASSETS, THE INCOME FROM WHICH CAN BE PAID ONLY TO THE ANCHORAGE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
