PERMANENT ENDOWMENT TRUST CREATED IN 1952 TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO EVENTIDE CEMETERY LOCATED IN SPENCER, WEST VIRGINIA. THE INCOME FROM THE ENDOWMENT TRUST IS TO BE USED FOR THE PERPETUAL CARE, UPKEEP, MAINTENANCE, AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE EVENTIDE CEMETERY.

OPERATION OF FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES FACILITY; INCLUDING PRIVATE FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATION AND FRATERNAL SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND BENEFITS. APPROXIMATELY 200 MEMBERS.
