TO HOLD AND OWN REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, AND TO IMPROVE IT WITH BULDINGS AND STRUCTURES TO BE USED BY SAID ORGANIZATION IN CARRYING OUT ITS OBJECTS AS ABOVE INDICATED WITHOUT FINANCIAL GAIN OR PROFIT.
