INTENDS TO OPERATE "A MILITARY TRIBUTE AT THE GREENBRIER", A PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT AND DISTRIBUTE THE NET PROCEEDS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY UNDER SECTIONS 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
