THE FOUNDATION ALSO OPERATES THE GIFT SHOP AT BELLIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, INC. A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF FUNDS RAISED BY THE FOUNDATION ON BEHALF OF BELLIN HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC.'S AFFILIATES ARE TRANSFERRED TO AFFILIATES FOR USE AS DIRECTED BY DONORS.
