TO ESTABLISH AND REGULATE THE BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE AREA IN WHICH THE CLUBS ARE MEMBERS OF THIS LEAGUE SHALL PLAY.4. TO UNITE IN COMMON ORGANIZATION THOSE PROFESSIONALLY ENGAGED IN BASEBALL.5. TO FORMULATE AND MAINTAIN ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR THE GUIDANCE OF ITS MEMBER IN THEIR RELATIONS WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH THE PUBLIC.
