SUCH GRANTS USUALLY REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH PRESCRIBED GRANT CONDITIONS AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THE FURNISHING OF CERTAIN AMOUNTS OF CASH OR NONCASH CONTRIBUTIONS.
