TIVOLI WAS ORIGINALLY CHARTERED TO HELP SMALL BUSINESSES WITH FREE OR LOW COST TRAINING IN THE AREAS OF MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING AND MARKETING. THE COVID PANDEMIC CHANGED THINGS A BIT BECAUSE CERTAIN INDUSTRIES ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED AN INCREASE IN SALES. NEVERTHELESS STIMULUS MONEY WAS GRANTED WITHOUT AWARDED CREATED PROVIDED A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY
