IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS EXCLUSIVE SUPPORT AND BENEFIT OF CFT, THE CORPORATION MAY SUPPORT BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATIONS, WHICH ARE EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(L) OR 509(A)(2) OF THE CODE, AND ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO SUPPORT SUCH RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL USES AND PURPOSES AND TO HELP PREVENT CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS AS WILL MOST EFFECTIVELY ASSIST, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF MANKIND PRIMARILY THROUGHOUT TEXAS AND THE ADJOINING STATES.
