MISSION:

THE TRUST WAS CREATED TO BENEFIT THREE CHARITITES: HILLTOP HAVEN CHRISTIAN CARE CENTER, SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY AND WARM SPRINGS REHABILITATION FOUNDATION. FOR PURPOSES OF FORM 990 THE ORGANIZATION WILL REFER TO THE FROST BANK THE TRUSTEE FOR THE ALICE KERR PRICE CHARITABLE TRUST.
