ALL DISTRIBUTIONS WERE PAID TO THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION OF COLORADO. THIS SHAREHOLDER RECEIVED THE NET INCOME OF PERA BOWLES, INC.
