TO DETER CRIME IN SPECIFIC AREAS IN HOUSTON BY HAVING OFF-DUTY UNIFORMED HOUSTON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS SERVE THE RESIDENTS 24/7. THE OFFICERS WILL PATROL THE AREA OF APPROX 2,000 HOMES IN THE POLICE PATROL TYPE VEHICLES.
