OF THIS NUMBER 4,800 FATHERS HAVE INCREASED THEIR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, PARENTING AND RELATIONSHIP SKILLS THROUGH THE HALLMARK HORIZON EAGLE FATHERHOOD PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM WORKS WITH AN ARRAY OF FATHERS (VETERANS, HOMELESS, INCARCERATED, EXPECTANT AND FATHER FIGURES).
