MISSION:

SEE PART IIITHE WICHITA FALLS POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION WAS ORGANIZED FEBRUARY 21, 1951. THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED WITH THESE GOALS IN MIND: TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR ALL WICHITA FALLS POLICE OFFICERS AND TO BE INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY BY THE WAY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE.

MISSION:

TO PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF THE INDIVIDUAL WOMAN BY STIMULATING HER TALENTS, ENLARGING HER RESOURCES, ENHANCING HER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY PROJECTS. PROVIDE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

THE JUVENILE JUSTICE ASSOCIATION OF TEXAS IS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION CREATED TO PROMOTE ADVOCACY FOR TEXAS CHILDREN BY PROVIDING QUALITY JUVENILE SERVICES THROUGH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, IDENTIFYING LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES THAT CAN HELP TO ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS, AND BY PROVIDING LEADERSHIP TO CARRY OUT THESE GOALS. THE ASSOCIATION IS COMPRISED OF PROFESSIONALS AND PRACTITIONERS IN THE FIELD OF JUVENILE JUSTICE. THE PURPOSE AND AND GOALS FOR WHICH THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED ARE: 1.
