ATAP'S ONLY ACTIVITY IS TO BE ENGAGED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE SHARED SAVINGS PROGRAM AS AN ACO. ATAP HAS BEEN EXCLUSIVELY ENGAGED IN MEDICARE SHARED SAVINGS PROGRAM RELATED ACTIVITIES WITH 100% OF ITS TOTAL TIME ALLOCATED TO THESE ACTIVITIES. ATAP IS CURRENTLY SPENDING 100% OF ITS TIME IN MEDICARE SHARED SAVINGS PROGRAM RELATED ACTIVITIES AND HAS NO PLANS TO CHANGE THIS IN THE FUTURE.
