BY PROVIDING SPAY/NEUTER ASSISTANCE, DAILY CARE, SOCIALIZATION, ADOPTION, WE HOPE TO FOSTER & IMPROVE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THESE ANIMALS AND THE ISLAND COMMUNITY.
