THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO GATHER FUNDS THROUGH FUNDRAISERS, DONATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS GIVEN TO RUSK HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS.
