THE MISSION OF THE SHACKLE ISLAND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IS TO SAVE LIVES AND PROTECT PROPERTY THROUGH EMERGENCY FIRE RESCUE RESPONSE AND BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
