WE PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO THE RUSH PLAYERS, AND STRIVE TO MAKE THE BLACK HILLS A COMFORTABLE PLACE FOR THE PLAYERS TO LIVE. PROMOTE YOUTH HOCKEY IN THE RAPID CITY AREA.
