THE MISSION OF THE BLACK HILLS FILM FESTIVAL IS TO BUILD AWARENESS OF INDEPENDENT FILMS AND FILM AS AN ART FORM PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS AND SOUTH DAKOTA FILMMAKERS.
