TO ESTABLISH A BUSINESS EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS TO COME AND LEARN, MEET, AND NETWORK THROUGH CLASSES AND COUNSELING. ALSO FACILITATE COORPERATIVE ADVERTISING BY BUSINESS TYPE OR REGION. IN ADDITION, ESTABLISH AND ADMINISTER A REVOLVING LOAN FUND.

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, venture capital, loans, loan guarantees or other forms of management support to encourage the establishment and growth of business and industry in rural areas.
